Are you a licensed accountancy or audit firm?

No, and we’re clear about that. We’re a back-office support partner. We prepare and process your books, payroll and accounts; your licensed accountant or firm reviews, signs and files. We don’t offer audit work.

Where is our work actually done?

Our team is based in India. We’re happy to tell you exactly who works on your files and how your data is handled — just ask.

Which software do you work in?

Mainly Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. If you use something else, tell us and we’ll let you know honestly whether we can support it.

Do you work with businesses, or only accounting firms?

Both. Businesses hand us their finance function directly; firms use us as a white-label partner under their own brand.
